Post Grant Report

Please draft your grant report details offline in Microsoft Word or another program and save a copy for your records. Then copy and paste the information into the appropriate fields below and submit.

Post Grant Report

  • Post Grant reports are due within 4 weeks of project completion.
    Please answer the questions below and also email photos to info@spearfishschools.org. We want to share photos on our website for each grant funded.
  • List the original key steps as outlined in your grant proposal and describe the extent to which they were realized.
  • Please describe any adjustments that were made to the original plan in order to achieve the goals of the program.
  • Using the original indicators of success identified in your grant proposal, summarize the results.
  • Do you plan to continue this project? If so, will you be applying for another grant?
  • Budget Report

    Please list any changes to your original budget.
  • Using the original budget line items included in your grant proposal, provide detailed expenditures for the project for this period (estimated budget vs. actual).
